The Brian Kelly Annual Charity Jam, featuring more than a dozen acts, will be held Sept. 27 to benefit Tileston Outreach Health Clinic, a Wilmington nonprofit that provides health care for poor, uninsured patients.The event is organized by family members of Brian Kelly, who died two years ago from colon cancer.
